We celebrated my 36th birthday on Saturday (well actually all weekend long, it's great to have your birthday on a weekend.) Quent woke up early and helped me make breakfast then he baked me a german chocolate cake complete with pecan coconut frosting (my favorite).
Saturday afternoon we hit our favorite theaters in Perry and saw Julie and Julia, a great movie by the way. I almost want to buy Julia Child's cook book that was featured in the movie but I'm not sure how much french food Quent and I would really eat. Then he took me to Peach City for dinner.
It was a great day, thanks to everyone who remembered. Here's to another 36 years.
